Hi, I’m Ruby Brown. Thanks for taking the time to pop over and get to know me.

 

Writing an About page always feels a bit awkward, but I’ll keep it simple: I help idea-filled, heart-led people get clear on what they’re building… and then I help them actually build it.

I’m here for the founders and community-minded humans who feel pulled in ten directions at once. I hold space while you untangle what matters, name your strengths, and drop the stuff that was never yours to carry.

Then we turn that clarity into practical next steps... whether that looks like VA support, content creation, getting your systems in place, or grant writing that tells your story properly (with strategy, warmth, and the right words in the right order).

​My work experience has been vast and eclectic, the kind that looks random on paper, but makes perfect sense when you follow the threads. I’ve been up in the clouds as an air stewardess, and I’ve been very much on the ground as a Brighton beach stall holder selling Havaianas in the sunshine. I’ve worked in and around community spaces where people show up with real life on their shoulders...and I’ve always been drawn to the moments where someone feels seen, heard, and a little less alone.

Through it all, one thing has stayed constant: I’ve always loved writing, and I’ve always loved helping people showcase what they do in a way that feels true.

​

Over the past two years, I’ve found a way to bring all of my skills together. I help purpose-led people and projects shape their message, tell their story, and communicate their services with clarity, without losing the heart of who they are.

​

A big part of that comes from the worlds I’ve built (and continue to build) myself. I have worked within the holistic health sector for the past eight years. It is the place where I’ve supported wellbeing practitioners and heart-led service providers to be seen, found, and trusted. It’s taught me a lot about what makes people say “yes” (and what makes them scroll past) and how to share your work in a way that feels aligned, not salesy.

 

In 2025 I connected with some other heart-led founders and we formed The Well and Good Wagon (CIC). We are  a community interest company rooted in connection, nature, and gentle support. It’s community work that reminds me, daily, that people don’t need perfect words, they need real ones. They need spaces where they can breathe, be heard, and start again.

​You’ll get honesty (I won’t fluff it), but it will always be delivered with a spoonful of love. I’m here for clarity, guidance, and the kind of grounded encouragement that helps you actually move forward, not just think about moving forward.
